05 / Project guidance

From sample
to setting.

Installation

Select adhesive and grout for the substrate and installation environment. Plan structural, perimeter and expansion joints. Jointless installation is not recommended; WOW advises a 2 mm (0.08 in) grout joint.

Variation approval

Review the actual colour range and blend tiles from several boxes before setting. The intended V2 variation and fifty-face system are defining features of the collection.

Cleaning and care

After installation, remove residue with a ceramic-safe descaling product. For routine care, use warm water and neutral liquid soap. Avoid abrasive powders, wire wool and harsh acidic cleaners.

Ordering allowance

Stardust is special order. Include cuts, pattern selection, breakage and future repair material when calculating final project quantities.
